As leaders, we often encounter situations where we have a chance to make a positive difference through change, but it requires courage. And sometimes, standing alone with difficult decisions. We fail to change when we remain inflexible and resist the vulnerability brought on by humility. Change happens when we share, learn, and listen—turning anxiety into action.
